Arrived a bit late, well packaged and protected. Setting up was not as simple as it could have been. Following the online instructions would only get it to partially work, no video but took a snapshot. After many attempts I tried setting up with the doorbell unit powered up. Hey presto it all worked, even though the manual asks you to power up later in the process. Anyhow now it’s up and running we are extremely pleased with it.
