To rotate the legs; Pull and swivel, release and they lock in place.
To extend legs; pull on the ends and count the clicks to the desired length, to retract, push the lever and they snap back.
For the price I expected a flimsy, badly made bipod. What I got was superbly designed, built, priced and delivered on time perfection.
