Damaged goods
Needle arm was snapped of my record player when I opened it there was a plastic bag inside which someone must of packed it possibly for protection which was probably the cause for the damaged needle I have emailed supplier twice with no response not a happy customer paid £60 for it as a gift for my dad he was gutted !!!

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Utter rubbish!
These suitcase style turntables are absolute garbage. The build and sound quality is atrocious and tinny. Do yourself and your records a favour and get a turntable with a counterweighted tonearm and some proper speakers.
