In the unlikely event you get any problems we try to make our returns or repair service as simple as possible. If the valid fault occurs within the first 30-day's of delivery we will always offer you being the customer either a repair, exchange or refund. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 6 months from day after delivery check listing for all details) we will offer you a prompt repair service.
 
In the case of any fault occurring under warranty we the seller only cover return postage costs for the first 3 months of the warranty period.
 
To protect ourselves and consumers against return fraud, In all return cases we reserve the right to inspect the product by requesting photos or video from the customer to verify the fault before deciding the best course of action to take. If photos or video are requested but not supplied we may be unable to proceed with the return until the requested information is supplied.
 
 
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or something like normal wear and tear.
 
Items must not under any circumstances be dismantled or attempted to be repaired by a third party that we have not authorised, any signs of tampering or attempts of repair by an unauthorised third party will void all warranties and any guarantee offered by us.

Delivery & Damages:
 
Please thoroughly inspect goods upon receipt (visually & powered on) and report any delivery damage or missing parts/accessories within 4 days of receiving the item, with the exception of TVs with a screen size of 39" screen or above which we require the reporting of damage or missing parts within 48hrs of receipt of the product add up to 5 images to show the reason you're returning the item for and showing any scratches or defects.
 
We will not be held responsible for any damage or missing parts parts/accessories reported after the 4 days from the day of receipt or 48hrs if the item is a TV of 39" or above unless otherwise agreed on in writing through eBay messages before purchase.
 
Returns & Refunds
 
If the goods you received as arrived damaged, faulty or developed a problem whilst under guarantee please follow the steps below.
 
For any communication, you can contact us via eBay messages for advice, or contact us by phone (01623 555667) or by email (sales@starbuys.co.uk) informing us about your issue or return request we will typically get back to you within 4hrs on weekdays.
 
A report will be taken on the reason for return (photos of the item may be requested at our discretion).
 
We will talk you through the method for return/replacement with your specific item and circumstances depending if your item is a small, medium or large item
 
If you decide not to contact us and instead use eBay's own return procedure you will then be bound by the ebay policies and criteria regarding returns
 
Change Of Mind:
 
If you would like to return an item for because you changed your mind and it is within 30-days since taking delivery please use the eBay returns system selecting "I changed my mind" as the reason for return and you will be provided with full instructions for the return:
 
After we approve the return, please return the item unopened, unused, in the same condition it was received in and with it's original packaging using your preferred postage method.
 
Attach a note securely to the box (outside and inside) stating your name, eBay user id, record number and reason for return.
 
Once the return arrives we will process it and refund your purchase promptly usually between 2-3 working days
 
Please note that all return postage costs for change of mind are the buyer’s responsibility, This means that you can state that you no longer want the goods.
