The seller listed their item with the incorrect product image (the shade was not the same as their item). Their own photos were in poor lighting that, again, were inaccurate to the true colour of the palette. I reached out as I wished to return the item and receive a refund. They refused to admit fault despite the inaccurate representation of their item. EBay customer service had to be involved for a resolution.
