I received the wrong opal ring by mistake,( 1 of 2 offered by the seller for exactly the same price). But the seller made every attempt to make it right, Sending me GIA & Gold purity documentation. Finally offering me the option to return the ring with no problem. We decided to keep the ring. I would recommend these people as honest sellers.
