***Delivery Damages ***
 
Please thoroughly inspect goods upon receipt and report any delivery damage or missing parts/accessories within 48hrs days of receiving the item.
 
We will not be held responsible for any damage or missing parts parts/accessories reported after the 48hrs from the day of receipt, unless otherwise agreed on in writing through eBay messages before purchase.
 
*** Return/Replacement/Refund Procedure***
 
If the item you received is faulty or damaged or developed a problem whilst under its 90 day warranty please follow the steps below.
 
Contact us via eBay messages informing us about your issue or return request.
 
A report will be taken on the reason for return (photo evidence may be required for physical damage).
 
We will then arrange the method of return/replacement with your specific item and circumstances.
 
If you would like to return an item for because you changed your mind, you bought the wrong item or you just didn't like it and it is within 30 days since taking delivery please use the eBay returns system selecting "I changed my mind" as the reason for return and you will be provided with full instructions for return.

    Excellent TV for the price

    Great value, nice size tv with Freeview Play built in, which is useful, as you can access all the catchup apps straight from the TV guide, although you have to sign in to each one to watch the chosen programme. On the downside, it's a little confusing when using the TV alongside SkyQ, but that could be because that's new to us as well, so we haven't worked out how to get the best out of it yet!

    I’m not sure if I had sent a review before Bu I can say I was disappointed in said item, in all my years I have always had JVC items in my home so when I decided to buy my other half a Christmas present I knew she would like to upgrade her tv from a 32 inch so I ordered this one, Upon receiving it I set about installing it, I had a bit of trouble installing the legs/ stand and finally I thought it was good so I connected it up and sat back to watch it and to our surprise it fell off the tv cabinet onto the floor, When it hit the floor it fell back onto the cabinet and the screen shattered, I went to see why it happened only to find the supporting feet had broken off on both sides, After all this time I still have the tv in it’s box to go to the tip but haven’t got around to ...

    Great TV at a great price

    Great tv at a great sale price. Perfect for our living room, easy to set-up and connect to all our apps. Good picture and sound but our room isnt huge so cant comment on how it would sound in a bigger space. Only slight issue is when using remote control for apps you have to use main tv remote rather than sky remote but otherwise delighted with my purchase.
