WORST BOOK EVER DONT BUY IT!
I brought this book thinking it would help to make positive changes in my life i got to page 25 and it’s done the complete opposite to that! It has to be the worst book ever making you think that your the problem and everything that happens in your life is your fault even blames having cancer on you! I will never recommend this book as it just messed with my head!

Positive thinking at it's best.
I bought this book as I was going through a very difficult stage in my life. My whole world had collapsed overnight. I read a bit of this book every day just before bed and although I do need to read it again & take everything in properly it does seem to be working. In a nutshell it is all about positive thinking & how to make it work for you. It takes a bit of getting used to living like this when it is so alien to you. Although it is early days, it does seem to be working & I shall read the whole book over again to make sure it continues working. It is a great spirit lifter & gives lots of hope so has to be worth a try. The best book I've ever read!
This changed my life. If you read it with the intent of applying her methods and thinking to your own life, it'll be the best choice you've ever made. Took 4 months of affirmations, self love and changing a lot of negative mind patterns but this knowledge freed me of depression and anxiety. I've never felt more me again in all my life xx

It is about Louise Hays wonderful spiritual healing journey and a hugely helpful guide for those who wish to do the same, with a section at the back that shows thought patterns that relate directly to dis-ease and how to counteract it. I have had my own copy for nearly 40years, and still pick it up and feel guided by it. Very inspirational. This is one amazing book, that i ordered as a gift for a friend.
