The item didn't need to be built and fits perfectly in the area of my room where I wanted it to go. It also fits A4 paper in it which is perfect. The only gripe I have is that the drawers are a bit hard to close and they need adjusting each time to be able to be pushed in completely, but it's worth it.

In terms of the supplier, the item did arrive with some damage, and these things happen. However the supplier was really helpful and effective in supplying replacement parts for the damaged bit, and their communication with me was first rate.
