The coin is in new condition, shipping was quick! Seller quickly responded to my question. In my limited experience this coin would have came with a State Card describing the coin. I assumed the card would have been included but that’s a lesson for me. Seller was very nice! On these 7K Metal State coins maybe the description could include card or no card.
