No issues with seller as accepted return with no fuss and paid for return postage. However the monitor had major ghosting issues. This was a koorui VA monitor and as seen in photo, an Nvidia GeForce 2080 super is a bit pointless if this is the quality of image the monitor can produce. Hence returned immediately (after trying multiple work arounds including different display port cable etc.)
