Hi, thank you for the positive feedback. Please note I posted the parcel the day you bought it (Fri 12th Jan), via Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm. It was delivered to your door on Sat 13th Jan but it was refused, meaning the parcel was not accepted by your household. I have kept in constant communication with you and am trying to retrieve it from the National Returns Centre, which could take a month. I am keeping you updated and have called the Royal Mail many times on your behalf
