Delivery:

We offer free delivery within a 100 mile radius, over 100 mile radius we will have to charge for the difference. Please contact us before ordering.

If the product is damaged during delivery, please take photos before unstrapping the appliance from the pallet. This will allow us to show evidence to put a claim in against the shipping company.

Delivery of our items are Third Party, they will be couriered/palletised depending on product size and weight. All items will be shipped within 3 working days, tracking provided and all products will be wrapped and strapped for its own protection.

All items are Curb/Drive/Front door drop offs only, we can not provide an install service outside of the Bristol area. We can provide local delivery and an install service at an extra cost.
