  • 1 of the best food problem books around

I had the first edition of this book & wanted to update it. Why? Sue Dengate is the only woman I know of that saw the problems with preservatives & additives & many other nasties in available food, especially the effects on children. I had a foster daughter that had been diagnosed with ADHD, but not after 6 months on the Sue Dengate diet she didn't. I ate the same food so she could see that all was ok & I can't describe how much it benefited me as well. There isn't much about this book that I don't like, except I will probably ear it out like I did the first one. There is no comparison with other books of the same ilk - Sue Dengate is factual & down to earth, she says it as she sees it, with all the facts & researching she has done - don't miss her.
