    Delivery was very slow but to be fair the vendor can't be blamed for this as it was Royal Mail being useless. However the laptop was faulty on delivery and despite repeated requests for a return label none was forthcoming. I felt the vendor was constantly making excuses to prevent a refund. In the end I returned the laptop at my own expense and I did receive a prompt refund. I understand that the laptop was not new but it was quite tatty and communication from the vendor was slow. Not great.

    great hewlett packard lap-top

    It boots up instantly, is fast and does tasks quickly. It performs even better than the excellent hp laptop I had previously and served me well for many years. The screen is vividly clear and the colours excellent. The only downside is the Microsoft programme which I don't care for at all, but this isn't hewlet packards problem, it's Microsoft's. It's a tragedy that they have conquered the market.

    Family Happy / I'm Happy!

    Family wanted to upgrade / change the laptop as the one we were using was "steam driven" as took so long to boot up and hang and freeze at all the wrong moments. This laptop boots up immediately, and loads windows, programs at warp speed and as mentioned everyone is happy! YouTube vids and Zoom calls are a breeze now. This HP laptop is highly recommended. :)

    Good all round laptop

    Well designed, light and compact laptop, although advertised as Windows 10 it had 11 installed when it arrived which was a bonus, the only slight niggle is that the WiFi/Network card is a bit weak and doesn't work well when not in the same room as the router, I tried with a decent WiFi dongle and it was much better.
