Seller packaged product badly, the string had come off and the item was dislodged from its packaging. It showed as being in transit for 3 weeks. I contacted the seller who very rudely told me to go to the post office. The post office did not have it. I contacted the seller again who accused me of refusing to collect the product and I would not get a refund. IT TURNS OUT it was in lost at AP and took 3 weeks to work out who should have it. AP called me, I picked up that day. DONT USE THEM

Absolutely disgraceful lying - no contact AT ALL was made prior to buyer opening an item not received case. When we advised the buyer to pick up a parcel awaiting collection at post office for 3 weeks, we received a barrage of abuse. What an elaborate story to make up with no ounce of truth in it. Unhinged.
