About this product

Product Information

Players are invited to settle in and experience the variety of gameplay modes and online features found in MLB 07: The Show. Offline, single players may compete as a rookie in such modes as "Road to the Show," "Career," "Season," and "Exhibition." This 2007 version of the game also features an enhanced Pitch Command system and an adaptive Pitching Intelligence system that analyzes each pitch and provides feedback on how comfortable the pitcher is with each of his throws.

The catcher can also provide their opinion on how the man on the mound should throw based on who is up to bat. Additionally, batters are given tips by a Swing Analysis tool that can compare the timing, location, and pitching area of the ball, and tell if the resulting hit is a home run or a strike. Online, gamers have the opportunity to create their own leagues with room for 30 teams.

By becoming a commissioner, players may create a season, a schedule of games, determine rewards for winning, and even assign penalties for not playing during a designated game. During the season, players may track each team's stats and leaderboards. An updated MLB sportscast ticker includes a full game menu, and up-to-date statistics. An online player card is assigned to each gamer that houses all offline and online progress. Rex Hudler, Matt Vasgersian, and Dave Campbell return for another season to provide commentary on all offline games.

  • PSP MLB The Show

Excellent PSP Baseball game. The many different options or playing or managing the teams is great. Any true baseball fan would love this game. I find the time goes by super fast as I try to manage my Super team through the Baseball season. It allows you to trade players, see offers from other teams, and many more options. This is a game that will last for a long time in my game collection. The graphics are just like watching a game on television.

  • GREAT GAME

This is a great game. The "Careet" mode allows you to work your way through Spring Training, the minors and to the Bigs. You can negotiate contracts, the whole works. The goal is to be successful enough to be elected to the Hall of Fame. My son is waiting for me to finish so he can start. VERY ADDICTING! I have a PSP Slim and the only negative is that the load times can be a bit long.

  • Same $hit as last year.

The same game as last year. Only new things are that you can change around roster, and the catcher gives you a target to throw the ball to. Also there is a new style of Career mode in which they tell you what they need and you have to do it as a goal, but that is for every game, and you can only play your at-bats. Don't worry last years career mode is still on this game. Graphics are acctually perty bad, last years graphics were better. Overall game is the same $hit.

  • good stuff

It's a tiny bite scratched, but thats on the outside of the disc, but it works fine..I like it a whole bunch man, thanx so much i love all the modes, specially king of the diamond and homer derby, its all good, im never goin to get sick of it. thanx again, c0r0n3l.

  • MLB 07 The Show (PSP)

I bought the NewPhone 74205 three weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on this inexpensive phone. It has a 1M-pixel camera, video camera, and speakerphone. The NewPhone's size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the battery has a pretty good lifespan of roughly 4 hours. My only complaint is that the menu system on the phone makes you click four times before you can find someone in the address book, set an alarm, or perform a additional functions. Other phones I've owned have simpler menus and get you to important features easily. Overall, I'd recommend the phone if you're on a budget.
