Item arrived as expected, and unfortunately, it didn't fit my high chair, which was too old a model, so I applied for a refund, downloaded the relevant paperwork and returns label and took it to the Post Office. The seller then sent me an email offering me a 20% refund to keep the item, which I rejected. Why would I want to pay 80% of the asking price for an item that I have no use for? Why are sellers resorting to such ridiculous measures to sell their goods? Unprofessional and dishonest.
