    Went to collect and he gave wrong postcode so lorry got stuck and did £500 damage trying to get out against a wall and bloke thought it funny. Even said he’d don’t the same to another lorry week before… unbelievably bad to deal with. NEVER AGAIN

    Buyer was given correct full address and post code. He also had my mobile phone number. No one contacted me until his driver was already down the dead end lane. I said i would be 10 minutes but sent my wife down to see what he needed. He had managed to get himself out and we guided him back and into our address. I then gave him a hand to load the truck body and waited made sure he was ok and out onto the main road. Should have rung and not followed the satnav. Never again indeed.
