the mans a prune -he accused me of fraud and when proof was given and an apology asked for.a dead silence was the answer used a bad delivery service that left my package in another tower block of flats.will not deal with this cretin again. Item description how can i tell because i never received it.but no apology so just that 1* dispatch time irrelevant -who cares about when if it was sent if it can never arrive because its been stolen 1*you caused more stress.. communication,no answere so 1*

When there is proof that the item was delivered but you still want to claim a full refund, I'm not sure what else I can do here. I was cordial to the chap but its obviously not going to end well if someone is trying defraud you but is then called out on it and ebay siding with the seller for once. I think my previous feedback holds up and shows buyers they are safe in dealing with me. Hopefully this revenge negative feedback gets removed.
