    Once you buy or bid on an item you are binding into a legal contract and accept the following terms:
     
     
    Delivery
     
    - all items paid by 1pm are dispatched same day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays)
     
    - standard delivery option is Royal Mail 48h, but Royal Mail 24h and Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery are also offered - please choose during check-out
     
    - we normally only deliver within the UK. For overseas delivery please use the “Ask a Question” link in the relevant listing to contact us
     
    - although we dispatched same day all orders placed and paid by 1pm, we do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as this is dependent on the courier or delivery company
     
    - most of our parcels arrive between
     
    o 1-2 working days for Royal Mail 24h
     
    o 2-3 working days for Royal Mail 48h
    o next working day for Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (when ordered by 1pm)
     
     
    Returns & Refunds
     
    - returns are accepted within 30 calendar days after the item has been delivered; in the case of items delivered non-recorded the last estimated delivery date will be used as reference
     
    - when returning an item seeking a refund please ensure that the item is in its original condition: unused and in original packaging
     
    - only the price of the item will be refunded (this excludes postage charges incurred when returning an item)
     
    - the refunds will be made using the same method used when buyer paid for the item (most of the time via PayPal); refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the goods
     
    - if the item was damaged in transit please refuse the item and contact us as soon as possible; in this case the item will be refunded in full once returned by Royal Mail

    - exchanges are accepted in the case of items with multiple variations (different colour, size etc)
     
    - the cost of returning the exchanged items is the responsibility of the buyer
