I bought a Jackery generator which on delivery appeared to have a fault . It did not charge in the way that the that it was supposed to. Friends who have the same device said that it was not working as per manual. The seller suggested going back through the manufacturer. This was not a success as i was now a third party buyer. As it was becoming a faff I went through Ebay returns - which is more faff.
