    Tip rod

    Bought this to fish for Barbel on the river Rye don't often fish this heavy. Rod is well up to the job caught chub up to 4 pounds handling them with ease. No barbel yet but sure it will handle them fine. Great price for a rod that does the job for the occasional specimen hunter.

    You get what you pay for.

    The rod looked good on the listing so i ordered it for my son. It arrived in good time for our fishing trip, but the only let down is the weight of the rod. It was to heavy for my son so we swapped rods and I've got to admit... he was right. After only a minute or so it became uncomfortable to hold. Shame really because for another £10-£15 you can buy a lighter one. This is not a bad review against the seller. It did the job it was supposed to do, it's just a shame the weight and thickness of the rod let it down.

    Excellent Feeder Rod

    For the money you pay for this feeder rod its excellent value for money. Have used it approx ten times and the rod is lghtweight, responsive and the quiver tips respond well to takes. I have caught some good size bream, chub and even bigger carp with no problems whasoever so you want a decent vfm feeder rod dont hesitate buy it.

    For a cheap entry level rod it is really good! The action and balance is good. Handled a 30g method feeder no problem. Have yet to test it on any big fish, but first impressions are excellent.
