    13 days to receive it and the tracking was nearly non-existent. The DVD came in good condition and played with no problems. The movie itself was weird! Playing off the sexes... Men and women battling with each other, rather than getting along. Leave it to Hollywood's weirdos!

    Interesting movie

    It took two viewings of the movie for me to appreciate it, primarily because I am not a fan of comedy films, preferring drama. However, I really loved Ryan Gosling's performance on the first viewing; he was hilarious and it is the buzz that he may garner an Academy Award nomination for his role. Furthermore, it may do the Award ceremony well to nominate Barbie for several awards, since it was an overwhelming blockbuster at a 1.4 billion box office. It appears that public interest in the Academy Award ceremony is waning, perhaps due to its previous habit of nominating 'dramatic' movies versus popular, box office hits, IMO. Anyhow, I can appreciate that Barbie is a satire; it gets the point across: the gender bias. And portraying it as a comedy is more effective than if it were as a drama, ...
