Was told items had been dispatched but no tracking provided, had to constantly chase, a lot of things went wrong but the top and bottom of it is the items were not in stock hence slow dispatch time and then to top it all when they finally arrived there was one rug missing and they hadn't even bothered to tell me, again they said they had tried to send a message to inform me and it had failed. Would have rather them being honest then all the tales they told. Then had to get ebay to refund!
