Quite inexpensive cooler
I needed a slightly better CPU cooler then stock Intel cooler, as my small case ITX build left the CPU running at 80oC under full load. Once new cooler installed temp improved to around 68oC at full load. The Intel cooler was noisy at full throttle, this one makes very little noise under pressure, A good buy, not expensive.

Fitting and removal system can cause damage
The snap-on fitting system has caused problems. You need to lever it off with a screwdriver. The last straw was when I installed a brand new one and it broke because of the pressure needed to attach it. Would not buy another.

Nice an Quiet.
Nice and Quiet. Much less noise than the Intel stock Cooler. I didn`t notice any difference in the running temp, but I was lazy and used the thermal compound patch on the cooler, rather than applying decent compound. Looks good in the case. Good value for money.

I had purchased this as a replacement for my stock intel lga 1336 cooler, as my MOBO is an ASUS P6T SE it has mountings for both lga 1336 & lga 775, product was simple to install, product also comes with pre applied thermal paste so simply line up the pins and push firmly downwards into the mounting holes, it's early days but looks like it keeps my CPU 5% cooler than the stock intel (mobo is cooler too) my CPU is an older 1st. gen i7 920. I would recommend this for those looking for a new cooler, dont be fooled by the low price, this cooler is a gem and better than forking out 3x the money for a replacement Intel stock cooler. Push Pins Problem
Bought this CPU cooler when I was upgrading my rig from an i5 to an i7. Stock cooler had the same push pins as this cooler so thought it would be a straightforward swap. However I found that only 2 of the pins clipped in and held and the other 2 would click in but not to the board. Meaning my cpu temp was off the chart. Have decided to get a bigger cooler with better mounting. Apart from that looks great, easy to install to some extent.
