Delivery was fast, only thing that could be improved on: The packaging. I ordered a replacement motor for my BFT gate opener, so a small but relative heavy item. In the box there was some protection but because the wires were wound thightly around the motor there was a wire where the shielding was damaged, which I was able to fix myself. Overall very satisfied.
