In caso di danneggiamento del reso durante il trasporto, 2T Modellismo ne darà notizia al cliente entro 5 giorni lavorativi per metterlo nella condizione di sporgere denuncia nei confronti dello spedizioniere ed ottenere il rimborso del valore del bene, se assicurato; in questo caso, il prodotto sarà messo a disposizione del cliente per la sua restituzione e contestualmente la sua richiesta di recesso sarà annullata.

2T Modellismo, inoltre, non risponde per i danni, furto e smarrimento dei prodotti restituiti con spedizioni non assicurate.
