Overall I am happy with my purchase but I don’t know if I can describe the condition as excellent, the item I received had small signs of wear and tear such as a few scuffs and dust in the filters and a missing anti odour cover, Shark replaced the cover and filters after I contacted them, great customer support. I really like this vacuum cleaner it’s very easy to use and auto empty is more than a gimmick. I hope I have a good long term experience. Almost a 5 stars but not quite excellent.

Item received was in good condition but head didn’t work & crevice tool was missing. Response via eBay was slow so contacted Shark directly, customer services were helpful and arranged for replacement item to be delivered. This time auto empty & charging didn’t work. After chatting again with customer services it was apparent that excellent-refurbished items (B grade) come via a 3rd party. I was sent a 3rd item, certified-refurbished (A grade) that came direct from shark, yes - item worked!

I was initially disappointed in the packaging the hairdryer arrived in, the description did say original box or repackaged…which I guess it was but it was just a huge cardboard box, not something I could wrap as the gift I intended.

Might be some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Item came packed really well and in good working order and super fast delivery. There was a small issue when I had received the wrong diffuser attachment for the hairdryer and they were super quick responding to my messages and getting the correct one sent out to me. Definitely recommend!
