Bought this item, it arrived all tangled, I contact seller who offered me 30% refund, I asked where that left me without my product and 70% loss, they then offered me 50% refund and I could keep the item, it's tangled, can't do anything with it, due to its flimsy structure, not a happy customer at all, won't be buying of this customer again, the right thing to do would be to 100% refund me and ask me to chuck it in the bin,disgusting customer service, I could of bought this item from a £1 shop
