Excellent Technical Support!
It's not so much that the product is better than expected, as I really struggled with setting parts of it up, but the technical support is EXCELLENT! I've emailed twice now with questions, and the answers have come back in a few hours, with offers of further help if required. I wish all companies support was this good.
