in my opinion isn't fit for purpose, the ferules aren't really shown, but there is a plastic compound in the feet base, which should be almost completely made from rubber. the chair was semi-stable on carpet however on a hard clear surface the "collar" of each plastic/rubber ferrule actually bowed away from each metal leg despite me ensuring the ferrules were fully inserted and correctly rotated. (14 years chair- aid user.) still awaiting a full refund 4 days after my return was accepted ?
