The refund for the 9 piece BSW deep socket set (not delivered) was fast. However !! He said there was a problem with delivery and it was the last one. So he couldn't send another. I had to contact the seller he did not contact me about it. The item didn't get taken off eBay after. Further to that I went looking for another and found one on another reseller site. Call me a cynic this seems very iffy to me. Perhaps the seller will now remove all items not in stock.

As a long-term and satisfied user, I had no hesitation when ordering this set. Upon delivery I immediately noticed how heavy the set was. The storage case itself is well constructed in ABS plastic and should easily last the lifetime of the tool bits. Individually, the screw and hex bits are branded and stamped with type and size information. The Torx bits are similarly branded and come with industry standard colour coding for ease of identification. Unlike generic and private label tools Bahco appears to have maintained strict oversight in regard to design criteria, production values and quality controls.As a long-term and satisfied user, I had no hesitation when ordering this set.
