Vacuum arrived very promptly from Shark. Packaged in strong, plain box, as the vacuum is a refurbished model. Vacuum was so clean that it looked brand new, except for a couple of small marks on the exterior. Unfortunately, a small cover was missing, but Shark despatched a replacement the same day and with it fitted, the vacuum works as expected. With the extra 20% discount promotion that was running at the time of purchase, it made it a real bargain.

I was initially disappointed in the packaging the hairdryer arrived in, the description did say original box or repackaged…which I guess it was but it was just a huge cardboard box, not something I could wrap as the gift I intended.
The hairdryer didn’t work so I contacted seller who promptly arranged collection & dispatched a replacement so for customer service A*

Might be some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Item came packed really well and in good working order and super fast delivery. There was a small issue when I had received the wrong diffuser attachment for the hairdryer and they were super quick responding to my messages and getting the correct one sent out to me. Definitely recommend!
