Ten stars, If I could. USPS lost the package for over a week, and this guy had actually offered to send me another one, free, if it wasn't found soon. The day that he was going to do that, the Pistol Service got it to me. Amazing.
He was totally on the delay, and super helpful!
Because he had unplugged the battery when he took it out of service, when i plugged it in it came back to life (took 3 days to recharge, but it's still good!)
