Very unhelpful , stressed how urgent this needed to be turned around and to be honest don`t think they cared one bit. Did get a refund and the module returned after a week and a half unopened and not repaired. First time i have left negative feedback and this company unfortunately deserved it.

As A new business it is to be expected, yes we do care but if there is nothing we can do about it, then what do you expect us to do?
