Hi, we offer our apologies on behalf of the courrier as we can assure you our packaging was very much up to standard when it left us. As for being clearer with delivery dates the item arrived in the expected time period therefore we're unsure on the issue there, we'd also like to add that we don't upload the delivery date info Ebay does and we're unable to alter it if they've relayed incorrect info. They try and calculate it as best as they can via the tracking however this isn't always accurate
