The patch I bought was described as "clean" but came with dirt spots all over it. Seller offered a partial refund (cost of the patch minus shipping) and to let me keep the patch, since shipping back would be too costly. I'm not too upset, but I wouldn't buy from seller again. I would also advise seller to use better packaging to ship, as the patch was sent in a very thin paper envelope with no protection against moisture.
