The seller was mistaken and thought I had to initiate the claim, I obliged, but turns out the seller has to and seller gets the refund if UPS determined it was their fault. After messing around, the seller realized it was their responsibility and paid me back right away.Best outcome and tout the seller for accepting the outcome. Recommend!
