These lovely chairs arrived in perfect time but had been very badly damaged by the courier who delivered them. This seller was very quick to refund all the money and I cannot fault his concern and his attention to this matter with everything being resolved in moments from when I let him know that there was a problem. I would highly recommend him for his professional behaviour, as they say, things can always go wrong it's how people put them right that matters.
