(Delivery-Van-Got-Stolen-Excuse) - Ordered a Samsung QE55QN700A 55" 8K QLED Smart TV on 27.May.2024 One week later 01.June.2024 today still no sign of the thing. Seller won't respond to my messages or calls. Horrible service and I wish I hadn't ordered from them. Today got a phone call from 'cheaper-than-the-high-street' Hence spoke with Mr Ben he stated that the delivery van on route to me which was holding my TV couldn’t be delivered because that van got stolen. I was left totally 'LIVID' :@{

TV purchased on 23rd May. We state that delivery taked upto 7 working days. Spoke to buyer on 28th May (after the bank holiday) to inform that TV would be delivered on 31st May. Our driver left us on 30th May to start the deliveries, and stated at Travelodge London City Airport. He came out to continue his deliveries on 31st May and found that our van and contents had been stolen overnight. Called the customer to inform him of this and he calls us liars?? Crime ref no. 01/407676/24 London MET

is an expensive item. The delivery team rang to ask if we would be at the property for a delivery day and time.
there was a little damage to box but delivery driver took the time to open and inspect and was perfect inside.
