Reason for choosing 'Neutral' for experience and NOT the seller's fault but purchased 2 Pernod Glasses and unfortunately one got broken in transit, even though they had been packaged extremely well. W HUGE POSITIVE was that I sent photographs of the damaged glass and IMMEDIATELY sent a 50% refund. The Pernod Glass was a gift and the recipient was delighted! I would highly recommend this seller.
