Paid £19 on the 14th for a jumper worded "perfect" .2 photos , 1 close of the label,1 front of the jumper hung on door taken aa distance. Expanded pic ,jumper looked ok.
concerned as said posted on 15th, not arrived by 26th & no contact from seller. I sent a message.
A reply said not sent due to bobbles & couldnt find their fabric shaver/lint remover!.
No bobbling mentioned in advert nor close up photos of bobbling wool areas, said they would remove all bobbles by hand.refund aft 2 messages sent
