The overall experience was good dealing with this vendor. The item was ordered and then "Crickets". A week later I rec'd message that item was being sent. The item arrived almost two weeks after placing order and appeared to be new although when attempted to be put into service it would not work. A message was sent to vendor and a reply was promptly given and refund given w/o nee to return item. Good response.
