Impressive, compact & easy to use
Very easy to use, with a user-friendly instruction booklet provided. It covers three similar Ring models, but clearly relates to the RSC704 where differences between the three occur. This seems very sturdily constructed and copes well with the additional demands of a Start/Stop battery. A compact yet powerful charger with permanently attached usefully-long cables suitably equipped for connection to mains and battery (the leads to the battery pass through a connector to allow replacement of the spring-clip terminal-grips with a permanent terminal connection if required). Once so attached, then powered up, the charger has a clear, easy to read indication of the charge in progress, A robust clip attaches to the top to allow it's suspension from a convenient point. Best rather than laid down ... Very easy to use, with a user-friendly instruction booklet provided. A worthwhile standby for a vehicle which does less than 3000 miles a year and spends a lot of time in the garage

Good Battery charger/conditioner
This unit needs a bit of patience. I think it conditions as well as charges. Hence in my case when I used my diagnostics tool it showed initially that battery charge had reduced. It needs to be left in overnight. In my case having the ability to test the battery charge with diagnostics means I could recharge if full charge was not reached. Some people get caught using it and inadvertently give a bad review because it appears the unit is not working. There are two modes and one needs to check the manual as it is not obvious on the display( to me anyhow). Recommended it nicely designed compact and decent price.This unit needs a bit of patience. Ring battery charger satisfaction.
Wanted a back up charger for my battery upkeep during the present situation which means I guess less use of my vehicle,we all know what that could do to the battery over time Upon receipt I decided to charge my battery to full capacity.I had my doubts about this small but well built smart looking piece of electronic equipment would be up to the job,but my doubts we’re unfounded because the charger worked fine charging my battery as I required to full capacity.So I am well satisfied and assured that it will satisfy my needs.
