Hey Duggee toy described as new in box, when it arrived it had clearly been taken out of the box & used. Luckily I took the toy out to test it & it was broken! I contacted seller, no response. I then requested a refund & sent toy back, seller received the toy back but did not issue a refund, ebay had to step in when I opened a case & they initiated the refund immediately. Would not recommend this seller as they clearly knew the toy was broken & then sold it, hoping the buyer wouldn't notice.

The item was brand new - it is stock from our previous business - Once we received it back, we checked it and it worked fine- We have a video proving this (we sent this to Ebay to prove it worked) we then, as a gesture of good will, refunded the customer - We refunded NOT ebay. The toy worked 100 per cent.
