The seller communicated well when I first purchased this item and seemed helpful. Then the courier delivered to the wrong house, the seller then gave me the tracking number when I contacted him and said I needed to get in touch with delivery company to sort out, as he had proof it had been delivered!!!! I wasn’t happy one bit, luckily Evri went and picked up the parcel from the house they had mistakenly delivered to and re delivered to me
