Easy to use. 4 different settings, 3 different intensities. Can be used by anyone, even disabled people who don't have muscle strength to do exercises and stretches. This mat just does it for you. It is excellent for relieving back aches from prolonged sitting or lying down. If you have a back injury it is probably wise to check with your doctor first.

A more flexible back.
Got this as I had an L4 and 5 issue. The physio gave me some stretches to perform and this looked like it might help. It did. I get put into positions and held there which I probably wouldn't do, or try to and damage myself. This has now become a daily routine fo keep some flexibility in the back and so far it's working. Between the 3 levels on the machine and the 4 suggested body positions, there's a difficulty level to suit pretty much everyone. A purchase not regretted. Got this as I had an L4 and 5 issue. Back stretching
This is probably the best product I've ever bought. I had my lower S5 disc removed and had the one above it fused this actually helps me 4 diferent programmes to choose from. I've used it on level 2 on the intensity setting of which it has 3 to pick from. The price is a third of what main high street shops are charging awesome peice awesome product 5 star rating from me and it came earlyer than expected 😊This is probably the best product I've ever bought. I have had a bad back which seems like forever..... a L5 fusion about 30 years ago — as I have got older it seems to be even more of an issue.. I can walk run swim all the normal stuff but now my feet are playing up and my chiropractor said it’s because my spine is not in alignment.. I bought this machine a couple of weeks ago and go on it first thing in the morning and last thing at night just for 30mins ... this machine seems to put right the things in my body that is wrong.. however I have tried it on a hard surface and then couldn’t move afterwards so I now do it on a hard bed which is much better.. I actually look forward to going on it as I feel better in myself.. it’s quite expensive but a quick look around on the internet saved me about £60.... recommended purely as it seems to be ... decided to give this a go see if it help with back pain only used it on the first setting can tell the difference i did try level 2 to much for me at moment i use it just before i go to bed then when i get up im disabled with slipped disc i my neck and lower back it seems to help with the pain
