I told them if they refuse collection they void the eBay Money Back Guarantee. They eventually collected it as the case closed in favour of this fact as ebay checked our messages. They tried to hold out for the case and therefore as to why late/the feedback. All true..

Only thing I would mention and I say this knowing it was my choice is that the shipping cost is high for the weight and box dimensions (Tracked 48 would cost around £3.90). - t***s (195)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseAbsolute piece if trash seller, sold a faulty ps4 controller then refused to give a refund after arguing back an forth tries to offer me a partial refund so ebay had to get involved, finds out today that seller has contacted ebay and LIED about the returned items condition but luckily ebay can see what a piece of trash this seller is, also charges 9.99 for shipping then send 2nd class untracked, DO NOT USEReply from: enigmaticsensation- Feedback replied to by seller enigmaticsensation.- Feedback replied to by seller enigmaticsensation.Tried to be amicable in messages but this rude abusive buyer was swearing and uncooperative. I OFFERED A REFUND but they refused. Ebay staff told me not to continue contacting them after they went over our messages whilst on a call with me. Ebay found in my favour and reported this dodgy buyer whilst on call. This buyer lied and thought they could get away with it but ebay staff can see our private messages. All through the process I was polite and tried to help but instead scammed me.
