    The item came in quality protective packaging that assuaged concerns about damage during shipment. There was an initial issue with the earbuds not turning on after charging the case, but the seller was responsive in helping to resolve this issue (for future reference, apparently the li-ion batteries in the earbuds can discharge completely and require a significant/concerted amount of time charging initially). Again, the seller was responsive, and with this initial hurdle cleared I am pleased.
